Workshop and Course Registration Terms and Conditions

ALL PRICES ARE IN CAD. Our liability is limited to refunds for workshop and course fees only. NA Chapter of MiCBT Institute reserves the right to cancel a scheduled workshop or course; please make hotel and travel arrangements with this in mind. In the unlikely event of a workshop or course cancellation, we will issue a full refund for workshop or course fees only. Children and unregistered guests are not permitted in the meeting rooms.  The use of audio and video taping devices and mobile phones by participants is not permitted at any workshop or course.  

Workshop and Course Fees

To receive the early bird rate, all fees must be paid in full prior to the specified cutoff date. Registration forms submitted without payment will not be processed, and will not guarantee the early bird rate. To receive the regular rate, all workshop and course fees must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policy for Workshops and Courses 

All cancellations must be submitted by email. Non-attendance at a workshop or course will not be grounds for full or partial refund/credit under any circumstances. Refunds will be available minus a $70 administration fee for cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event. No refund or credit under any circumstances will be available for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event. Given our effort to optimise the quality of training by limiting workshops and courses to a small size, exceptions to this can not be granted.  If you are unable to attend, you are invited to send an alternate in your place at no extra cost. Please contact our office 14 days prior to the event, so we can provide the participant with an accurate name badge and materials and to minimize confusion at check in. Please notify us of the alternate's full name and contact information, including their email address.

Receipts 

Receipts are automatically sent by email when participants register and pay online. Please be aware spam filters can block email receipts.

  12 CE Credit Hours. The North American Chapter MiCBT is approved by the Canadian Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists.The North American Chapter MiCBT maintains responsibility for the program.

To receive the earlybird rate, registration and full payment must be received by December 1 2017.
The registration fee includes light refreshments  provided during registration (8.30am-9.00am), morning tea and afternoon tea . There are many food vendors at the Granville Island Market for those opting to procure lunch locally - otherwise bring your own
