The MiCBT Institute

The MiCBT Institute is a leading provider of training and professional development services in Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT) to the mental health industry world wide.  Established in 2009, the MiCBT Institute has run workshops and courses for mental health therapists in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and North America, as well as provided training to many others through specially tailored programs.

‘MiCBT’ is the acronym for Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, which is an integration of two different evidence-based approaches to psychotherapy. Our aim is to develop, teach and apply the science of MiCBT. Our comprehensive training advances therapists to a high level of skill in the use of MiCBT in their professional area. We support and supervise therapists’ training and provides opportunities for continuing professional development and guidance.
